Any Eb3 current and still waiting for IL, just wondering how long it's taking for london embassy

PD: feb 2023, current since June

DQ: April 2025

Don't know if I should keep my hopes up with such late DQ

Should be very soon, if you're definitely current. You've always been a London case and haven't transferred there? I'd guess an interview letter fairly soon for October or November.

Yes i have always been in london. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping I would have some luck by November.

Seems they haven't released IL EB's for some months now

They have, but probably stopped as the quota was about to be met (or was met), plus things always slow down in the summer with them focusing on DV and student visa interviews. Normal service will be resumed once the new fiscal year rolls around.

They did announce on the 2nd September they have reached the quota of EB2 NIW's for the 2025 fiscal year. So interviews will I guess be delayed until the quota is refilled 1st October? Seems there is only visas for EB1 and EB3 still with a availability for now.

Hope this helps

Hello @AE5794 did you receive any response back since you submitted DS-5535 form? Any news/update? Did anyone else had similar experience and by when did you receive any update ( I hope positive).

Hello,

I haven't heard anything since they asked me to fill out the form. I sent them an email a month ago and received the standard response of “we cannot give you a timeline.”
