We submitted our I-485 application, together with I-765 and I864 all at once.

Included the irs version of "Tax return transcript" for 2021 as originally required, and it is viewable in the uploaded docs on our pending cases page in USCIS webportal.

Today we received an RFE notice, claiming we need to submit the tax returns for 2021 for the most recent tax year? I'm confused, and the only thing I can think of is they didn't process the transcript attached because it may have been together with the main "485" packet, since we submitted 3 stacks of paperwork at once? Has anyone gone through this type of issue - does USCIS need the Tax transcript to have been printed in multiple places for each of these applications? My guess at resolving this is simply returning the RFE with the same Tax transcript and print out of complete 2021 Tax return again and hope that works?

I suppose Irfe2023.png.273506a8df15d988a324d45f4477644c.png could be reading something wrong, any feedback is appreciated
