So I have finally booked the interview for our K-1. Only two things left: Medical exam(already booked an appointment) and Police Clearance Report.

It says very clearly in the instructions from the consulate: "Step 2: Obtain your police clearance certificate from the regional passport office"

So my fiancé went to the Regional Passport Office and they said to go passportindia.gov.in and file online.

I go online and filled the application, paid the fee and booked the appointment. My Fiancé lives in Kolkata and the location for this interview appointment cannot be made at the Regional Passport Office(RPO) as stated in the instructions from the Mumbai Consulate. The RPO doesn't offer PCC service and you have to book the appointment at PSK - Kolkata. So I did that.

I wanted to ask if this wold cause any issues at the K-1 interview, has anyone else went through this?
