Hi guys I really need help with my cousins cases there’s 2 of them in Pakistan 

1st case:

One of them is visa class IR1 with priority date august 15 2018 her husband case is still in nvc waiting for interview it’s been about 7 months haven’t heard anything yet is there anything I can do? 
 

2nd case: other case is a visa class FX1 priority date February 21 2017. Her first medical was Oct 2 2019 and first interview was oct 15 2019 it was sent to administrative processing all up until they called her for her 2nd medical which was august 1 2022. All within that time she had a son(he’s added to the case) and her passport expired which they sent back to her to renew and she did before her second medical as she was sending back with the courier she received it the courier said they needed an email proof that the embassy wants the passport back. We shared this matter with the embassy with no reply or help to this day. Then on November 1 2022 she got an email saying she didn’t show up for her interview on that day. They did not get an email prior to that saying there’s an interview coming up. In the email it says we will reschedule on your desired date and it gives me the link to write an inquiry for that so since taht email we have inquired about 3 times with no help we just get the same message saying they will forward it to the Concerned section. her lawyer is the worst and no help at all she’s been on holiday since Christmas. Please some on here help them give some advice on what to do
