Hi

I was wondering if I could get some idea about the wait time for the IR-5 visa interview. I'm an American citizen and I filled a I-130 petition for my father who's in Liberia. I applied March 29, 2021. After submitting all of the required documents to the NVC, I received an emailed-on December 27, 2021, saying that all of the documents and fees were accepted, and his case became documentarily qualified. The next step is the interview, we will be notified when he's scheduled for an interview.

Anyone know what is the wait in Liberia right now for interview? It been 1 year and a month now and I haven't heard anything from them about my father interview date, every time I email them, they keep telling me they are waiting on Liberia Embassy to give them a date.

                Someone please help.
