Hi,

I am located in Austin, TX, have been assigned to San Antonio filed office, notice received on 12/5/2022.

I have had applied for N400 back in 2019 in NYC then changed my mind didn’t want to move forward. Bio was done in NYC in 2019. This time the notice said they still had my bio so no need to get bio done again. I would be appreciative if anyone else who has been assigned to San Antonio office could share their timeline status.

The reason I am applying for N400 is for my parents’ green card, they have been in US on B1/B2 visa, the visa allow them to stay until 4/23, they want to stay here longer, they have the option to extend their visa, but usually they give 3-6 months max, I saw most N400 take at least 1 year, is there anyway they could stay longer after the extension(if they get approved) ends while I wait for N400?

Many thanks for your feedback in advance.
