Hi all,

I came to the US on a J1 visa with 212(e). Managed to jump through the hoops and get my J1 waiver back in late June. The company that I'll be joining had their lawyers start the paperwork and submit the I-129 back in March/April, which was stated as received May 11. The processing time on the USCIS website estimated 2 months but it's been well over now...and my DS-2019 end date was this past 19th Aug. I just wanted to see if perhaps there were any other people who have gone this route instead of consular processing of an E3 visa and if so, what kind of timeline they had?

Thanks in advance!
