Embassy said they can’t see my expedited case

Hello Family,

I submitted my expedited request for EB2 Consular processing and was approved. NVC said they sent my file to the embassy so the embassy will schedule my interview appointment. I have waited for a while and no interview appointment received from the embassy. I contacted the embassy and they said my case doesn’t show that it was expedited. I sent them an email with proof of the expedited been granted but still have not heard from them.
Please help with suggestions, anyone went through the same thing?
