We have requested to expedite the process on my brother's petition since one of his children is turning 21 yrs old by the end of the year. We just got word that they have approved our request to expedite the process. The first time we requested to expedite the process was last February 2022 and we were denied. We were thinking that it might have been too soon to request at that time. But since it is now only less than 6 months before my nephew turns 21, we tried to request again and fortunately, we were approved. The email we received states that, it might take 2 weeks for the US Embassy or Consulate to receive the file.

Question: Once your expedite request is approved, how soon can the US Embassy or Consulate in the Philippines schedules an interview?
