When I have to list the last five years of residence I should write where I am currently living (in Mexico) even though the address that I am using and that I want them to communicate with me through is my parents' in the US, right? I hope that is clear. I just don't want them confused and thinking that they should send things to Mexico. Everything else I used my parents' address, where my mom will be helping me with the process (thank God for moms!).

Also, if I can't remember the addresses and exact months of all the employers I've had the last 5 years (going back to college when I had small jobs that were formal so therefore had W-2s, but can't remember the specifics), what should I do? I am a fairly good record keeper, but this is not an example of that.

Finally, under "other names used" I am going to include my fiance's first name and first last name (in Mexico they have two) because he signs his name with just his first last name (although all of his vital stats info have both last names). Is that a good idea? Even though it isn't legally different in Mexico, I was just thinking in case they got confused with the fact he doesn't sign his second last night ever.
