Hi guys,

What if i won't be able to present an annotated MC in SECPA and CENOMAR during the interview? I have the Court Decision, Finality, Civil Registration, etc.. the thing is NSO is giving me a hard time and i am really disappointed with the " oh so backward and corrupt system" ... My application for both documents have been paid, just awaiting the release. Thank you so much..

USEM prefers documents on NSO papers.

If you already have the "endorsement letter" from the LCR, you can go to NSO- Quezon City (cor. EDSA-> Vibal Building). Bring the endorsement letter, the copy of the NSO-MC (old), the court's decision, finality, the registration, etc... If the LCR have indeed endorsed it to NSO (should be atleast a month), then you can get your annotated "unconverted" copy the same day. If they have not received the endorsement "yet", then they will probably ask you to come back after 2 weeks (or more).

While you are there, request/apply for more than one copy, as it is troublesome to go there to get more copies. Annotated/problem documents can only be requested at their Ofiice (Vibal Building). Problem/annotated documents gets into their system after 5-7 years as what they had told me. So, to save time while you're there, request atleast 3 copies for your future use.
