I-212 outside normal processing time

The I-212 we submitted has the receipt date June 3rd 2021 and right now it says on the USCIS website that the receipt date for a case inquiry is June 10, 2021. For the past few days I tried every day to submit the form for outside normal processing time but every time I try to submit it, it shows the message below 😕

 

 

We tried calling them but their robot would not pass us to talk to a representative about this. 

 

Our I-130 will probably be outside normal processing time next week and it's been a year since the status on it is actively reviewing...

 

Has anyone else been outside normal processing time and experienced this?

We filed a I-212 with receipt date of 4/9/2021. For the past three months we have been checking USCIS processing time for I-212 and it seems to always get readjusted to early May of 2021. Initially when we try to submit an inquiry the response is the application is within processing time. Last month we were able to submit an inquiry but got an email response in few days telling us the case is still pending adjudication. So for your case I think the automated system hasn’t reached your case date yet and it won’t allow you to submit an inquiry. You might have to wait another month before you can submit an inquiry. You can try every few day though. The processing time is based all waiver types including I-212, I-601… So it’s not possible to tell the actual date for the type of waiver you are inquiring. Since the system date is stuck in May 2021 for the past three month, it’s likely there are significant delays on the USCIS side. It would be good if they could be more transparent with their processing times and delays, unfortunately the best we can do is just wait.

Hi 

I think they adjusted the processing time this afternoon to May 07 2021. They alway go back to early may when they reach jun 10. My receipt day is jun 15 2021 I have been waiting and waiting I don’t know what is happening. The best  think to do right now is just to wait .

Thank you for your responses. Indeed, the processing time got pushed back again. 😞

 

I noticed that my I-212 is processed at National Benefits Center and the website only provides processing time information for Nebraska Service Center. I assumed the processing time is the same for both, but maybe that was the reason I couldn't submit the outside normal processing time form last week.

 

Now we're back to just wait...

Our receipt is from MSC Missouri center, but the status page shows the application was forwarded to another center for processing and from the USCIS website there is only one center NSC doing the processing right now.  I think the website won't allow you to submit an inquiry until the adjusted date is after your receipt date.
