Hello everyone,

I have a question about my G-325A form. What are the chances that my package with application I-129F will be sent back to me, because on the G-325A, I failed to properly list employment for my fiance's last 5 years. Some period of those five years he was unemployed. I only listed the employments he's had. So of course there are gaps in the application. Has this happened to anyone out there?

Thanks

kitkat,

Why do you think that you failed to properly list employment?

I think the chances of your package being returned, or an RFE generated, due to this issue are virtually zero.

Well I didn't fully explain all of the past 5 years.

That's why I thought maybe it was wrong. I read on here that you should not leave gaps.

That if for some period of time there was no employment you should state so.

Well Thank you for the reply. I hope it does not get returned.

kitkat,

Yes, you did. You listed all employment, and that's what was asked for.

Don't believe everything you see on the internet. Which reminds me, my grandfather was the crooked oil minister of this country in Africa, and I need your help getting the millions he stashed just before his death out of the country .....
