Hello,

I have submitted I-130 form on behalf of my father with LPR after 10 days I submitted AR-11, Alien’s Change of Address but still did not receive anything.

After I submitted AR-11 I got the message you can see down below and it says expect a reply by July 29 and I still did not receive anything. But I did not give my fathers new address to the USPS and I don't know what to do I kindly request your help!
