Best evidence will be his passport stamp showing the date he entered the EU.  Arriving from India to the EU, you should also have a passport stamp from the country of first EU entry.  I recall trying to put together evidence of my first visit to meet my now husband in Brazil, back then I had no idea it would be the beginning of a serious relationship and knew nothing about US immigration evidence for petitions, etc., so I did not keep any of the original boarding passes from the trip.  So I included ATM records, credit card transactions for the airline tickets, hotel and restaurants showing the dates I was in Brazil, and passport stamps (Brazil does entry and exit stamps) plus a couple of photos together for that first trip.  Later when our relationship got serious I did more research on the US immigration process and saved everything from all the many subsequent trips.  Good luck responding to the RFE!

Same here, we were planning on staying in Spain longer so if not for Covid we wouldn't have left like this. Plus, we thought we had everything as per the I-129 requirement.. We will use both our entry/exit stamps, plus the rest of it as well, hopefully. You're so lucky you did the research and prepared in advance.

We got an RFE for the 2 year meeting requirement. As it's our only chance, I want to make sure we do this right. Bit of context, my fiance (petitioner) and I met in a third country. Spain. I soon moved into his apartment but we don't have a rental agreement with both our names on it. I do have a census document with the same address along with a residential card, however they rejected it as the lease was signed by him before the qualifying period. We didn't require visas for the places we travelled to, therefore we don't have any passport stamps to show, and didn't think of keeping the airline tickets/boarding passes. What we have are :

One previous airline receipt with both our names on it

Social media pictures with dates

Airbnb booking history ( but I have to manually add the guest's name so not sure how valid this is )

iCloud pictures showing the place and date

I am kicking myself thinking we should have recorded something more while we were together, but we left due to Covid in a messy state and living together made us believe that we had enough.

Do we send all this and hope for the best?

Passports can be stamped even when no visa is required.   I received one for NZ.
