Hi all,

I attended the N-400 interview 2 weeks ago. I passed the English and Civic tests. However, during the interview, the USCIS officer asked a lot of questions related to Communist Youth League of China and the mandatory military training for Chinese students in high school and in the university.

I was not full prepared for these questions. As a result, I didn't answer them well. Today I received a notice for a second N-400 interview for these questions.

Any advice on what to do? Do I need to hire an immigration lawyer? Where to find a qualified N-400 lawyer who is familiar with these kind of issues that are kind of specific for Chinese immigrants? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
