Hi

My mom got an appointment from NVC for immigrant visa  interview, at the US embassy in Beirut. She completed her medical exam, and paid all fees.   However on the interview day, she was not allowed in, and she was asked to upload the documents that she had. Knowing that she already uploaded all the required documents and she was documentarily approved , as per the CEAC site.

We do not know what to do? do we have to upload all the documents again at the NVC / CEAC site?? is there a procedure to upload documents again to the embassy?

My mom has got all the original documents to show thw consulate, as per CEAC / NVC Instructions.

We are stuck now, and we lost the appointment , and do not know what to do, any idea please on what can be done?
