I've used Fedex. It takes ~3-5 days and costs quite a bit ~$40-50. I have not used DHL but I heard it's pretty dependable too. If it is not super critical and urgent and you want to save some money, send it via US Postal Service Global Express Mail. I've used it 2 times, and both times it was delivered in HCMC one week after I sent. Cost is in the ballpark of $20.

I have a related question. What is the fastest way to send mail (documents) to Vietnam (HCMC) from the US? Fed. Ex., UPS, etc.?
