PO Box for i-751

I can see people giving the OK to using a PO Box as a mailing address on the i-751 (and some even recommend it), but I have anxiety around how I filled in the form with PO Box information. I don't know how these things are processed - how rigorous, strict or lazy it might be - so the fact there is no natural way to fill in information for a PO Box has me double guess myself.

 

What is the i-751 mailing address section where would I write PO Box? Apt, Ste and Flr don't really describe a "box" either to add my lockbox number. How would you write this? Have you done this before and what were your experiences? I did rewrite the address in full in the extra comment pages, but still don't trust that as it may just be ignored.

 

The information I'm trying to insert is a. "PO Box" and the number of it "A-456"

There are 2 spaces on the form for addresses. One is mailing address and the other is physical address. Physical address must be the actual place you live. For the mailing address you can use a PO box. So if the Post Office is located on 100 Main Street and you have PO Box 45, your mail would be addressed 100 Main Street #45.  On the 751 form you would enter that on 15b, 15c is for the apt, suite or floor designation which is N/A. You also need to check 16 that your physical address is different then the mailing one.
