Hello guys,

I have a question about the section "Other names used" in my n400 from. I haven't listed any other names in my n400 application. My name on N400 and Green card is: Jack Evans Wilson. My name on driver license  and SS is: Jack Wilson. So the only difference is my driver license and SS  missing my middle name, which is Evans. 

 

Am i supposed to include Jack Evans also as other name? And what should I tell IO, could this be an issue?
