Background: I am a petitioner for my daughter (living abroad) who's priority date is soon to be current. We've already received NVC invoiceID and case # and in process of submitting DS-230 and Affidavit of support. I have no income (receiving SSI only) and i am living with my son here in US. I've some questions below and hoping to get some clarity.

 

Q1: I am only receiving SSI starting from this year 2020. Should i put this as my income in I-864. Is SSI consider as an income.

Q1. Should my son submit I-864A as a household member in addition to my I-864 combining his income with me OR Submit I-864 as a joint sponsor. (which one is better option)

Q2. My Son's and his spouse filled their tax return jointly for 2019 (Only Son's income. spouse has no income). In this case does my Son's spouse also needs to submit I-864A (household member) even if she does not have any income.
