Hi

i have an approved i140 in 2006 and my file submitted to nvc by uscis. Fee bill issued same year by nvc. Later regtrogression started and my case was pending. The PD for my case is current now. Unfortunately my attorney who processed my papers in 2006 did not provide me my nvc welcome letter copy MD case number. I have only uscis case number now.
to retain my PD, I am struggling to contact nvc and they would not pick calls, as it’s well known to all of their busy schedule. Uscis says my file is with nvc. I am held up now. AskNVC not replying despite of repeated  requests.
could anyone pls let me know how to get my nvc case number and further process in retaining my PD???

Thank you.
