Hi guys, how to answer the two questions on ds260 about social security.I have social security and first question if i need another one should be (yes or no) and the second question if I authorize the disclosure of info of this form to the Department of home land security (yes or no)

Since you have a SSN, then mark "yes" to the question if you have ever applied for a SSN.  Then mark that you "yes" that you received a SSN and fill in the number.  Then mark "yes" if you need a new SSN card sent to you.  If you don't, then mark "no."  Finally, mark "yes" if you want the Dept. of Homeland Security to send your request for a SSN or SSN card to Social Security.
