I-944 Form Question

We are filing for AOS and i have 2 questions on these two parts

 

part 1:

 

i am the US citizen and my wife and i are currently living with my parents (mom and dad). My dad is the co sponsor on the i-864. my dad works, but my mom is a housewife

 

that being said, on question C and D, do I list both of my parents? also, it ask about "provide evidence of relationship of the people living in your house". How do i provide evidence? i am including the marriage certificate with the i-485 and it list both of my parents. is that enough? or should i photocopy their drivers license and include in with the i-944?

part 2:

 

since my wife just moved here and never worked here before. do i just write n/a under fiscal year tax?
