Hi there, hoping to get some advice.  I sent an application for an I-601 waiver application for my then 16 year old daughter and received a receipt date in December 2019 for a medical waiver.  In May 2020 we received notice that the case was being moved to Nebraska Service Center to speed up processing.  I was always assuming that her application was at the Nebraska Service Centre all this time as all my research showed that this is the only center that processes the waivers.  Does this mean that the processing time estimate only counts from May 2020??

I sent in a case enquiry and got reply but not really an answer of any kind.  Is it worth applying for the case to be expedited.  As far as I can see, the case has not even been assigned to a case officer as of yet.

Has anybody had there waivers approved recently??

Any assistance or advice will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
