returning to usa

hi..

I am failed refugee in canada,my application of prra is in process which is the last appeal... I may send back to USA coz i enter from usa...can anyone tell me what happens if i reach US and what are my chances if i would like to stay there....

my wife's parents have usa green card and becoming citizen in a year time. and my 2 kids r US citizens ages 5,6 yrs...

i will be appriciated if anybody helps.

What was your status in the US before you left, as that will determine what happens to you once you get here. From what I have read and heard on these posts, if you have overstayed your visa here, you will be banned from reentering the US for a number of years even if your petition is approved by USCIS. What is the immigration status of your wife? You need to talk to a good immigration attorney.
