NVC DQ Timeline - just an observation

So I submitted the limited paperwork required for my 2 kids via the online portal and they were reviewed and “Accepted” in 3 business days, I submitted my wife’s documents about 2 days later and they have not been touched in a week - it made me wonder if the complexity of the paperwork affects the timeline.  Also, what is the typical timeline for document review - I was really surprised how quickly they accepted the children’s submission.

On another topic I took another members recommendation to forego all the messing with the official photo resizing tool and just slap 2 passport photos on the scanner and send that - both sets were accepted.
