hey everbody,

me and my husbang getting our paperwork together to file for AOS

in a couple days.I was wonderin since im from Germany do i have to

request my police record from germany or will the INS do that for me.

Your profile and timeline gives me no clue as to how you entered the USA. If by K-Visa you don't need a police report, If by some other type of visa, if you are required to attach a supplement form like I-485A then you may need police reports.

Nether of the AOS guides specify police reports. :guides;
