I missed an interview for my citizenship application N 400. I advised the USCIS local offices by a written letter explaining my situation and emergency and this was prior to the interview. They never responded to my request till later when I received a Notice to Re-open Administration at no charge. The USCIS Status online still showed that a decision will be made and notified by mail. The notice was valid for 12 months and expires this year in June 2020. I later received a notice that Case Closed Administration. Now I am confused as to the next process or action since the case seems to have been closed with no explanation and the status online still reflects the same old message that " a decision will be made and notified by mail about the next steps". So I assume the final letter of 'Case Closed Administration" is the final decision mentioned in the status online? And if it is the final decision, what does it mean to me and is there a way to re-open case or re-apply or abandon the application.

Kindly help.
