My younger brother CSPA

Hi everyone i hope all of you are well.  my younger brother who is 20 years old he is going to be 21 this August/7/2020. his case is f2a and the case is at NVC waiting for case number , his priority date is 24/july/2017   USCIS approved his case on 30/December/2019 , the case was pending for 2.5 years , the question is will there be any problem of him aging out is he protected by CSPA. thank you all.  i am also going to be 22 this march/26/2020 our case is same .
