My K1 visa had approved on 27 Dec 2019.I checked status on CEAC website and my case status was”In transit” for 2month

right now I can not tracking my case on CEAC because it’s show status“Your search did not return any data” for a week.

I’d contact NVC and they told that they already send file to Thailand Embassy in bangkok on 26 dec 2019  But Thailand Embassy told me that they did not received my case yet.I asked  NVC and Thailand Embassy for many time but still same answer.I feel so helpless and I don’t know what to do.and anyone can help me with this situation?

Where is my case?
