Estimated Case Completion Time

Hi I filed for N400 on August 1st and had my biometric on Aug 19th. Since then the case status has been "we reviewed your biometric" and it's been over 6 months. The estimated case completion time is Feb 2020 since December 2019, and prior to December 2019 it was Jan 2020. 

 

I am applying based on three year marriage rule and I checked other people's n400 processing time history at this site and they are about 5-7 months. 

 

how reliable is the estimated case completion time? Anybody who has filed recently at Boston local office could share with their experience? Thank you !
