Hello, my wife (usc) and we will be filing as married jointly - married is september 2019.

Im confused about how exactly to do it, even after reading up on it.  We plan on asking a professional but in the meantime i want to get a better understanding of the steps.

We filed for aos from k1 on october 15th, no ead as of yet

((Also, if this effects anything, ill add that my wife made less than 15k in 2019, and before i moved to the US in aug 2019 i made around £8000 in england))

My wife usually uses turbotax and does it online i believe.

Can she still use turbo tax online, then print it out and send by mail (as i believe we have to send hard copy)

If so what addrees do we send it?

Am i right in thinking we should also complete a 2555EZ form and include that with the document from turbo tax which we send to the irs?

And do we send a declaration with those documents, stating that i elect to be treated as an alien resident for the full year for tax purposes?  Then both myself and wife sign and date?

Any info would be helpful at this time. Thanks for reading.
