My wife and I are filling in an application (N-400) for citizenship naturalization this February. We're originally from Thailand where there is no notion of Middle name being used. However, we're thinking of adding the Middle name to our full name during the time of naturalization for better assimilation. Something easy like Eddie or Amy as the Middle name adds to our existing first name and last name.

Has anyone done something similar?

My concern is whether there is a complication later on for example bank transactions (we're buying our first home soon), driving license, school certificate/transcript, and etc. Since the past five years we attended school, paying tax, etc that used only the First and Last name. Would this Middle name complicated thing?
