Hello,

Read and learned a lot trough VJ,  thank you.

Here my case:

Applied for a E2 visa (investor), got the interview on august 10th, everting went smooth till they start to ask a lot about source of funds. Than questions about a previous e2 visa (10 years old) asking me lots of details wich I didn't remember exactly (had tons of business in past 10 years).

At the end officer says everything seems good but we need to check some details, your visa will be ready in  7-10 days . He kept my passport and gave me a white 221.

After a month no update, my lawyer sent an email asking for my passport back. After one day CEAC update and passport sent back (no visa obv).

This week gonna be 3 months and no update. Should I start inquiring ?

Thank you
