Missing option to pay AOS fee

I got my NVC case number 3 days ago and was able to pay IV fee, but there is no option to pay AOS fee. There should be 2 tables: One with my name that lets me pay the AOS fee and the other one with the name of the person I am sponsoring where I should be able to pay IV fee. This is the only person I am sponsoring. The first one is missing. My understanding is that I should be able to pay both fees at the same time. I called NVC and they told me to keep checking the website. Has anyone had this problem and how long it took to resolve?
