Change Mailing Address

1 post in this topic

We filed our I-130 petition back in August 6th through DCF in Mexico City, we got an approval e-mail and letter in August 21st but since then we haven't gotten any letter from Juarez and I am wondering how long does it take them to mail your case number , also we are living in a complex where the mail doesn't get directly to our doorstep because everything is controlled by the HOA and they don't want to be responsible of this letter stating that the address on our lease and bills won't work since the complex has a different mailing address that doesn't come in our lease contract. I am investigating ways to modify the mailing address(does this change have to be notified to USCIS or the Department of State)  but it asks for the case number and I don't know what to do.
