Couldn’t received RFE mail

i130 RFE is required.  It has been 26days now, we still haven’t received the RFE mail and we have already sent the e-report stating we couldn’t received the RFE but still no reply or mail received, we just afraid the RFE is gonna expired and our application will be denied.  Any idea or suggestion? Thank you
