Hello,

I filed I-751 in June, and within couple of weeks receive a letter from USCIS saying I have a 18 months extension of my GC while my application is processed. Just few days ago, I receive an update on USCIS website saying "Fingerprint Review Completed" BUT I have not had letter asking me to go to USCIS center to do Biometrics. So, is it common to have Fingerprint completed without me doing Biometrics ?

Also, does this mean now they will approve my application and send me 10 years GC ?

They did not approve your 10 years green card. They just don't need biometrics. That's it.

When my wife checked her case last week it said “Fingerprint Review Was Completed” and she did not have a biometrics appointment as well.

Today she had received a USCIS letter in the mail. USCIS stated that they are able to reuse her previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics so no biometric appointment is necessary.

Hope this helps!
