Green Card interview Re scheduled by USCIS

Hi,

 

Today my lawyer called me and said  my interview for this August 14, here in South Carolina was changed and USCIS going to send me a new notice with the new date. He told me the immigration office called his office telling they don’t have enough staff working that day and they decided to change my interview, for my personal opinion is very weird they call and also they did a change on my interview 2 days before the interview already scheduled. 

 

Anyone have this experience before? 

Thank you, I’m super anxious i can’t even work very well today.
