Spouse I-130 in Process (PD Feb 2019)

Hi, I have filed I-130 for my spouse in Hong Kong from Feb 2019.  I keep checking the processing time in the website for Nebraska Center, but the dates was forward for a while then it dropped backwards.  Is that normal?

I know there's still a few more months before approval of I-130 if I am lucky and didn't miss anything.  Meanwhile I have a few questions hope you can help me:

1) How long does it take to obtain a visa for our formal re-location after I-130 approval?

2) During the time of waiting for I-130, can my husband travel to USA by his travel visa? (he has one thats still valid)

3) Can I move to the USA now with my kids first (we are all citizens) and my husband stays there by 3 month intervals (not to exceed the travel visa).  Will that jeopardize his I-130?  Or does it only affect when I-130 approved and waiting for Visa?

4) Does Visa F2A apply to me?

Thank you for your help.  I just want to plan and see how to move my family back there ASAP.
