Post GC interview request for evidence

"The form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, that you submitted is incomplete."

 

"The Part 9.  Vaccination Record section was not filled out by the civil surgeon.  Submit a fully completed Form I-693 signed by all required parties"

 

I just called my civil surgeon's office and they pulled up my completed form and are adamant that it was filled out completely/correctly.

 

I called USCIS and after being forwarded to someone higher up she said "I don't have the paperwork in front of me so I would just suggest re-sending it"

 

So even though the civil surgeon apparently filled it out correctly I need to pay up $175 AGAIN?  

 

I have no idea what to do.... the USCIS office we visited for interview doesn't seem to have a direct phone number.  Maybe we re-visit that office and ask ####### is going on there?
