I 824 from AOS to consular processing

Spouse of LPR.

 

I have an approved I 130. I selected AOS but now we have to go with consular processing because they took too long to approve the I 130 (2 years) so the visa expired.

 

I know I have to file I 824. What should I check? Item Number 1.d Request USCIS to send the approved immigrant visa petition to the NVC? And also, what documents should I send? How can they tell which country I want them to send my file?

 

Is there another way to make USCIS send the file to NVC besides the I 824?
