CR-1 Visa NVC Appointment Letter by email

I am the petitioner for my husband and i have received an email confirmation from NVC and the Embassy abroad for my husbands Interview date and the problem is his case is electronic and i only have a email letter from the NVC and embassy in this letter their is no barcode or department of state logo its just an email and at the end it has his i formation date of interview and a code in letters not barcode is this the NVC letter will this be accepted i called NVC do many times and they said this is the P4 interview letter and i told them this is just a standard email with no attachment and he said that is the letter and thats all you need Im scared the embassy will not accept it does anyone have what i have ?please let me know what you did thank you
