NVC fee payment status changed from paid to paynow

Hi All

I am in f2a category as an applicant and my husband has filled for me. We have NVC case no n details and once the payment was open for aos and IV we paid

the status changed from pay now to in process and then to paid

the forms were open and we started filling them too but after two days the status changed to pay now with a rejected payment message. We called bank n confirmed they said no issue from their end so we did the payment again and samething happened. The status changes from paid to paynow after twodays

did anyone face the same issue? What did u do to fix? Any advice would be great
