I-601 option disappeared status date changed but no contact

Hi everybody,

So on USCIS website I have noticed under check processing times

that I-601 disappeared off list of options...anyone know what happened?

Also my Wifes I-130 app was approved and got Consulate interview october 6 2018.

She was told needed an I-601...USCIS received I-601 late oct 2018.

Checked case status in february 2019 and case status date was updated to feb 14 2019 but no information given or contact made by USCIS.

When we called USCIS 1st time, operator rambled off a bunch of stuff really fast and heard her say(I-601) "back dated 8.5 months". Which 8.5 months prior to that is when I-130 was sent to NVC. After that no other operator has had or given us same information, anyone else have your I-601 back dated?

Thanks for any clarity:)
