SSDI and financial support?

Hi, first post, good to meet people going through similar situations!  I am a naturalized U.S. Citizen and I would like to bring my 19 year old unmarried son to live here with me, he currently lives in the UK.  I have just started looking into it and want to get it right  so we do not get a RFE.  I am in college (looking for a part-time job) and my husband took early retirement and receives Social Security Disability.  I am trying to find out if we can count the SSDI as income for the financial support?  The USCIS website does not have it listed under means tested benefit so it does not say you cannnot use SSDI, but nowhere does it say you can either.  If we can include it then we would meet the income requirements but if we cannot then we do not.  Does anyone know?  I am thinking it is unlikely we could include it as they are probably looking for evidence of work-based income?  We have some assets and savings but not enough.

My second question (and I hope it makes sense) I have a potential co-sponsor if I discover the answer to my above question is a NO.  My spouse and I file taxes jointly.  Do I just file myself and co-sponsor or do I include my husband as a sponsor also?
