Before Interview Process

Hello everyone,

 

We received my fiance's instruction to start filing on her end (Albania) on 2/25.  Could we get a quick interpretation of how this second process works?  She fills out all of the info sent to her and submits it (including the financial stuff they need from me) . . . It says they'll send her another email with instructions on the medical examination and the interview date.  But, on their website, under MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS, it also says this:

 

" You must read the information on the panel physicians’ website, and fill out the medical examination form, under “Apply for an Appointment”, and submit the form to one of the panel physicians three weeks prior to your visa interview appointment date (or immediately after you learn your visa interview date). The panel physician office will email you via the same email the medical appointment date."

 

So, will they give her the interview date on this upcoming email, then she has to file the medical application after she receives it?  Or, is she supposed to file the medical application before they give her the interview date?  Also, is there an estimated time for all of this?  How long after she submits all of her documentation to them will they reply with those instructions.  I'm sorry, but their wording on all this is a bit confusing when it comes to the timing of when to do everything.
