Providence InfoPass appointment without NOA

Hi. My wife is currently a conditional permanent resident (2 year). The green card expires on March 3, 2019 and we filed form i-751 (Request to remove conditions on permanent residence) on January 2, 2019.

It's been over a month and although the case information shows up online through her account and she received a text message on January 14 with her case number, we still haven't received the NOA letter.

The problem is that we're scheduled to travel overseas on March 12.

I already submitted the form on this page: X but upon submission, the form said I'll receive a response by March 4, which is cutting it too close. I even called USCIS requesting an Infopass appointment at the Hartford, CT location but they just collected some information from me and said that I'll be contacted within 48-72 hours.

Anyway, I need to make some progress on this so I checked a number of USCIS locations in the tri-state area looking for available appointments. No one had availability except for the location in Providence, RI. We're now scheduled to be there on March 26, 2019.

Ny question is:

Will I have any issues going in to the Providence branch with my wife to request the i-551 stamp? I've read on numerous other threads of people being turned away because either their GC hasn't expired yet or the location "doesn't service their area."

And anything else anyone would recommend I do? Any help, input, and advice would be appreciated. Thank you
