So you must have filed Married filing separately which to tell you the truth doesn't sound good. Marriage certificate should always be certified copies.

Thank you for your encouragement! Yes, adjusting status. Sorry, I just started to get to know how to use the Visajourney tool. I've known my husband since July 2014, married him on August 2017, lived together in October 2017, and we moved to Atlanta in December 2018. But since I couldn't work for quite a while....bills are under his name....I don't know if this would be a big problem or could be understood....
